The grid only ever shows profiles a person has read and approved, and it never pads itself with people who do not exist, so it is empty rather than filled with stock faces. Here is the shape of a card instead: the fields every profile publishes, and the nine categories they publish them under. Every card holds the same seven fields

A directory is only faster than a casting call if what it stores is structured. These are the fields a published profile has to fill in, which is why a filter here returns an answer rather than an approximation of one read out of a paragraph of free text.

Categories

A model who does both commercial and fitness is returned by both filters, because the field holds a set rather than a single label.
City
Where the model works
The filter that decides whether a shoot on a date is possible at all, before travel becomes part of the negotiation.
Age
Derived from date of birth
Stored as a date, printed as a number. It is still right in twelve months without anyone editing anything.
Height
In centimetres
A large share of commercial and fashion work is decided on it before anything else is looked at.
Day-rate range
Published by the model
Visible before contact. Maxgirls never sets it, never suggests it and never takes a share of it.
Availability
Now, this month, or booked
The model changes it themselves and it takes effect immediately, with no review, which is what keeps it honest.

Fitness Athletic, gym, activewear and supplement work where physical condition is the brief. Beauty and parts Skin, hair, hands, feet and other parts work, where one feature is the whole booking. Hostess and events Trade shows, conferences, activations and hospitality, where availability on a specific date decides everything. Promotional Brand ambassador and field-marketing work: street teams, tours, sampling and retail activations. Influencer Creator work where the brand books your audience and your content output together. Art Life drawing, sculpture, fine-art photography and academic figure work. 18+ Adult-rated work, listed as one category of nine. Photos marked 18+ are blurred in the file until the viewer confirms their age.
