These terms govern use of maxgirls.com and the Maxgirls platform, operated under the Maxgirls brand at maxgirls.com. Using the site means accepting them. All notices under these terms go to app@maxgirls.com, and registered contact details are provided on request to that address.

1. Adults only

You must be 18 or over to access this site, hold an account, appear in material booked through the platform or transact on it. This is not a formality: no model profile publishes without a government identity document confirming a date of birth 18 or more years ago, checked against a live capture. Attempting to verify with someone else's document, or with a document that has been altered, ends the account permanently and may be reported.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to it secure. Accounts are for one person. Where a plan includes seats, each person uses their own, because a shared login destroys the audit trail that makes the compliance record worth anything.

3. Verification

Verification is a condition of publishing a model profile, not an optional badge. We may require re-verification when a document expires, after a period of dormancy, or where there is reason to doubt a previous check. We may refuse or revoke verification, and we do not have to explain the specific reason where doing so would tell someone how to defeat the check. What we hold and for how long is described in the record-keeping statement and the privacy policy.

4. Content you publish

You keep ownership of the images and text you upload. You give us the licence we need to display them on the platform and to show them to other users, and nothing beyond that. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish.

The following are prohibited and are removed on sight:

Any depiction of a person under 18, or any material presented so as to suggest one.
Images of any person who has not consented to their publication here.
Content you do not hold the rights to, including another model's portfolio images.
Anything depicting non-consensual acts, coercion, or real violence.
Contact details or identity documents belonging to someone else.
Sexual services offered for payment where doing so is unlawful in the relevant jurisdiction.

5. Illustrative imagery on this website

The photographs used in the marketing pages of this website are AI-generated and illustrative. They do not depict real members, real listings or real bookings, and they are labelled as such wherever they appear. No representation is made that any person shown exists or is available to book.

6. Bookings, releases and licences

A booking is an agreement between a model and a booker. Maxgirls provides the platform, the verification and the documents the booking generates; it is not a party to the engagement, does not employ models, and does not represent either side. The model release and usage licence produced by a booking record the terms the two parties agreed. Both parties are responsible for reading them before accepting, and for complying with them afterwards, including the stated territory, term and exclusivity.

Boundaries agreed in a brief may be narrowed by the model at any time, including on the shoot day, and are never widened without a fresh written agreement. A model who stops during a booking is entitled to the agreed fee for that day.

7. Fees

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance at the prices shown on the pricing page. There is no commission on bookings. You can change tier or cancel at any time; upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of the paid period. We do not refund part-periods, and we will tell you before any price change affects you.

8. Removal requests

Send removal requests, including copyright complaints and reports of non-consensual material, to app@maxgirls.com with the URL and enough detail to identify the material. Reports of material depicting a minor or a person who has not consented are handled first and the content is removed while we investigate rather than after.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that fails or defeats verification, or that puts other users at risk. Where the breach is serious we will do it without notice.

10. Liability

The platform is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that a casting call produces applications, that a booking happens, or that a shoot goes well. Verification substantially reduces one category of risk but no identity check is infallible, and we do not warrant that one has never been defeated. We are not liable for what happens on a shoot, for a party's breach of a release or licence, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Not legal advice

The guidance on this site, including the casting brief builder, the compliance checklist and the articles, is practical information about how productions are commonly documented. It is not legal advice. Requirements differ by jurisdiction and change. Take advice on your own situation.

12. Changes

We will post material changes to these terms on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the platform after that means accepting the change.
