Terms of service

These terms govern the use of maxgirls.com, operated under the MaxGirls brand. Using the site means accepting them. Questions go to support@maxgirls.com.

01What MaxGirls is, and is not

MaxGirls is a directory. Models publish their own profiles and brands, photographers and production companies search them and make contact directly. MaxGirls is not a modeling agency, not a manager, and not a party to any booking. We do not represent you, negotiate for you, employ you or guarantee that anyone will contact you, and we take no commission from anything either side arranges. Any agreement about work, money, usage rights or a release is between the model and the client alone.

02Accounts

You must be 18 or over to hold an account. You are responsible for what happens under your login and for keeping your address current, because that is where a review decision goes. One person, one account; agency accounts on the Agency tier may manage several model profiles with the consent of each model.

03What you publish

• You keep every right you had in your photographs. You grant MaxGirls a non-exclusive license to store them, generate previews and thumbnails from them, and display them on this site while your profile is published. That license ends when you delete the photograph or the profile.
• You must hold the rights to everything you upload. Uploading a photographer's images without the right to publish them is the most common reason a profile is rejected.
• Your profile must describe you. Photographs must show the person the profile claims to be, and the data in it must be accurate at the time you publish it.
• You mark 18+ photographs as 18+ on upload. Failing to do that is a rejection, and repeatedly doing it is grounds for closing the account, because it breaks the promise the site makes to every visitor.
• Do not put contact details in the biography. Contact runs through the profile so that approaches are on the record.

04Review, rejection and publication

Every new profile, and every edit to photographs or biography, is read by a person before it is public. Until it passes, the profile is not in search, not on a category or city page, not in the sitemap and not reachable at its own URL by anyone other than its owner. Rejections come with a written reason and can be fixed and resubmitted. While a previously approved profile is under re-review after an edit, it is out of the directory until it passes again. We may reject or unpublish anything that breaks these terms, and we aim to explain why every time.

05Using the directory as a buyer

• You may search, read profiles and contact models about genuine work.
• You may not scrape the directory, copy it in bulk, or build a competing listing out of it.
• You may not use a model's photographs for anything except assessing them for a booking. Publishing them anywhere else needs the model's permission and, usually, a release.
• You may not use contact details from this site for unsolicited marketing.
• Misrepresenting who you are or what the booking is ends your access immediately.

06Payment

Model listings are a subscription, priced on the pricing page. There is no free tier and no commission of any kind. Searching the directory is free and requires no account. Subscriptions renew until canceled, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and cancelling unpublishes the profile while leaving your photographs available for you to export. Payments are final: cancelling does not reverse a charge already taken, and refunds are limited to the cases in the refund policy.

07What is not allowed

• Anyone under 18, in any capacity, in any photograph, anywhere on this site.
• Non-consensual material, or material published without the rights to publish it.
• Impersonating another person, or a profile built from someone else's photographs.
• Offering or soliciting anything unlawful. MaxGirls lists modeling work, which is what it says on every page of this site.
• Automated collection, load testing, or attempts to reach files or accounts that are not yours.

0818+ material

The 18+ category is one of nine and is treated like the other eight, with one addition: photographs marked 18+ are stored privately and served as a deliberately degraded preview until a viewer confirms, on that photograph, that they are 18 or older. There is no age gate on the site as a whole, and no default page shows explicit material. Marking material correctly is the publisher's obligation under these terms.

09Liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that a listing produces work, that a person who contacts you is who they say they are, or that the service is uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, MaxGirls is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10Ending it

You can close your account at any time, from the account itself or by writing to us. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why. When an account ends, the profile is unpublished and the files are deleted on request or on the schedule in the privacy policy.

11Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be dated on this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.
