No profiles are published yet

The grid only ever shows profiles a person has read and approved, and it never pads itself with people who do not exist, so it is empty rather than filled with stock faces. Here is the shape of a card instead: the fields every profile publishes, and the nine categories they publish them under. Search and filtering work now, and the first approved profile appears here the moment it passes review.

Where a profile can list

A model can list in several at once, and a brand can filter on several at once.

What brands book it for

Sampling tours, retail demonstrations, festival and stadium activations, mobile tours, street teams.

The buyer here is usually an in-house marketing manager, a photographer or a production coordinator with a brief and a date, not a casting director. That is why the filters are city, availability and physical criteria rather than credits and union status.

What your portfolio needs

Energetic full-length images, branded-uniform shots if you have them, and a note on whether you drive.

Quantity is not the point. A booker opens a profile, decides in about fifteen seconds whether you fit the brief, and then checks whether your rate and your availability make the shoot possible. Everything in the profile should serve one of those two questions.

Promotional model agency

Do you need a promotional model agency?

No. Promo modeling in the US is booked two ways: by event staffing agencies that bill the brand by the hour and pay the model less, and directly by the brand, its experiential agency or the local field manager running a tour. The staffing agency earns its margin on large national tours. Local sampling days, retail demos, trade show booths and one-off activations are often booked by whoever needs a reliable person in that city on that date.

Staffing agencies are worth joining for volume, and most do not ask for exclusivity, so you can work for several and list yourself at the same time. What wins promo work is the same everywhere: a current full-length photo, the city you are in, the dates you are free, whether you drive and have a vehicle, languages, and any food handler or alcohol server certification the brand needs for sampling. Put all of it on the profile and a brand can book you without a middle step.

Questions

How do I become a promotional model?

Get a current full-length photo and a clear headshot, list the city you work in and the dates you are free, and note whether you drive, the languages you speak and any food handler or alcohol server certification. Then register with the event staffing agencies in your city and publish a direct profile, so brands running local activations can also book you themselves.

Is there a promotional model agency near me?

Almost every large US city has event staffing agencies that book promotional models, brand ambassadors and trade show staff, and most take non-exclusive talent. Search your city with "event staffing" rather than "modeling agency". Never pay to join a roster. A legitimate promotional modeling agency is paid by the brand, not by you.

What do trade show models do?

Trade show models staff a brand's booth at a convention: greeting visitors, scanning badges, handing out samples, giving a short product pitch and steering qualified buyers to the sales team. Brands book them by the day for the length of the show, often in convention cities such as Las Vegas, Orlando and Chicago. The hostess and events category covers the same bookings.

Rates in this category

We do not publish a rate table

Every site that prints one is either quoting a survey it will not name or making the number up, and a stale figure does more damage than no figure: it becomes the ceiling a brand negotiates down from. On MaxGirls the rate is whatever the model publishes on their own profile, visible before anyone makes contact, and we never take a share of it.

What actually moves the number is the same in every category: the usage license, the length of the day, the market, and whether exclusivity is being asked for. Those are worth understanding before you set your own range.
