No profiles are published yet

The grid only ever shows profiles a person has read and approved, and it never pads itself with people who do not exist, so it is empty rather than filled with stock faces. Here is the shape of a card instead: the fields every profile publishes, and the nine categories they publish them under. Search and filtering work now, and the first approved profile appears here the moment it passes review.

Where a profile can list

A model can list in several at once, and a brand can filter on several at once.

What brands book it for

Paid social posts, user-generated content packages, event coverage, long-term ambassador contracts.

The buyer here is usually an in-house marketing manager, a photographer or a production coordinator with a brief and a date, not a casting director. That is why the filters are city, availability and physical criteria rather than credits and union status.

What your portfolio needs

Your own best-performing content, a handle in the profile, and a clear statement of what a content package includes.

Quantity is not the point. A booker opens a profile, decides in about fifteen seconds whether you fit the brief, and then checks whether your rate and your availability make the shoot possible. Everything in the profile should serve one of those two questions.

Brand ambassador agency

Do you need a brand ambassador agency?

Only for the big national programs. A brand ambassador agency is an event and field marketing company: it wins a brand's tour or retail program, hires ambassadors by the shift, bills the brand an hourly rate and pays the ambassador less. Influencer and creator ambassador deals work differently. The brand or its creator team pays a flat fee per post or campaign, sometimes plus a sales commission through a code, and usually books the person directly.

So there are really two jobs under one name. If you want steady in-store demos, sampling and tour shifts, register with the ambassador and event staffing companies in your city, which rarely ask for exclusivity. If you want paid campaigns as the face of a product, the brand has to be able to find you, see your look and audience, and email you with a brief. That second route is what this category is for: your photos, city, the platforms you post on and a day-rate range, reviewed and searchable, with nothing taken out of the fee.

Questions

How do brand ambassadors get paid?

Event and retail ambassadors are paid by the hour, through the staffing agency that books the shift. Influencer and campaign ambassadors are usually paid a flat fee per post, video or campaign, and some deals add a commission on sales tracked through a personal code or link. Get the fee, the deliverables and the usage period in writing before you post anything.

Is there a brand ambassador agency near me?

Most large US cities, including New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago and Atlanta, have event staffing and experiential agencies that hire brand ambassadors. Search your city with "event staffing" or "experiential staffing". A legitimate brand ambassador agency is paid by the brand and never charges you a fee to join its roster.

Can you become a brand ambassador with no experience?

Yes. Retail and event ambassador shifts are entry-level work: brands want someone reliable, presentable and comfortable talking to strangers. For campaign work, a consistent look, a clear niche and a few strong product images matter more than a follower count. A profile with your city and availability lets local brands book you for a first job.

What is the difference between a brand ambassador and an influencer?

An influencer is paid for reach: a post to their audience. A brand ambassador is paid to represent the brand over time, on camera, at events or on their own channels, often under a longer agreement. Many people do both, and hostess and event work covers the in-person side of the same bookings.

Rates in this category

We do not publish a rate table

Every site that prints one is either quoting a survey it will not name or making the number up, and a stale figure does more damage than no figure: it becomes the ceiling a brand negotiates down from. On MaxGirls the rate is whatever the model publishes on their own profile, visible before anyone makes contact, and we never take a share of it.

What actually moves the number is the same in every category: the usage license, the length of the day, the market, and whether exclusivity is being asked for. Those are worth understanding before you set your own range.
