One email address, read by a person, answered within one business day. There is no contact form on this site and no phone queue, and both of those are deliberate.
Everything comes to this address: models, brands, agencies, press, privacy requests and reports of a profile that should not be up. Sending it from your own mail client means you keep a copy of exactly what you wrote, which a web form never gives you.
What to include
- A profile problem: the profile URL and what is wrong with it.
- A review that has taken too long: the email address on the account.
- A privacy or deletion request: the email address on the account, so we can find the record.
- An agency enquiry: roughly how many models are on the roster and how many people need seats.
- Response time
- One business day. If a review is holding up your profile, say so in the subject line and it gets looked at first.
- No contact form
- A public form on a directory is a spam magnet, and it hides the address from the person using it. The mailto link above is the whole contact system.
- No phone number, no postal address
- We do not have a public phone line or a walk-in office, and inventing either would be a lie printed on a page about honesty. Written contact is the only channel.
- Who operates the site
- MaxGirls is the brand behind maxgirls.com. There is no separate trading name, and nothing on this site is operated by anyone else.
- Press and partnerships
- Same address. Put "press" in the subject line.
