Refunds
Refund policy
Listing and booking subscriptions on MaxGirls are final once charged. This page sets out the only cases where we return a payment, how to ask, and what cancelling changes.
Last updated 14 October 2026
This policy forms part of the terms of service and covers every payment made to MaxGirls from 14 October 2026. Requests go to support@maxgirls.com.
A subscription buys a period, not results
Each MaxGirls plan (Talent, Talent Pro, Booker and Agency) is a monthly or yearly subscription with the limits shown on the pricing page. For a model it keeps a reviewed profile published and searchable for the period; for a brand or agency it opens the booking tools. The fee covers the period itself. It does not depend on how many brands view a profile, how many messages arrive, or whether a booking follows, and it is due in full from the first day.
Subscribing is a request for us to start at once. You accept that any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period ends when we begin, which for a model is the moment the profile enters review.
Cancelling and renewals
Plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account without writing to us. Cancelling stops every later renewal; it does not reverse a charge already taken. The plan runs to the end of the paid period, after which the profile is unpublished and your photographs stay available to export. Remaining days are never credited or pro-rated.
A new period is owed the moment it begins. If your bank declines that charge, our payment operator retries it over the next few days. Those retries chase one unpaid invoice and are not extra charges. Cancelling while it is open switches off later renewals but leaves the open amount payable, and it is not refunded once collected. Cancel before the renewal date shown in your account if you do not want the next period.
The three exceptions
- Charged twice. A fault in our billing took two payments for the same period.
- A card used without consent, and proven. You report it within 14 days of the charge and the payment and account records support it. A report alone does not settle it, and we may ask you to confirm that you told your card issuer as well.
- The site did not work at all. A confirmed fault on our side made MaxGirls entirely unusable for a continuous period, you told us at the time, and we could not fix it. Slowness, partial faults and problems with your own device or connection are excluded.
A refund under one of these is our whole liability, never exceeds what you paid for the period affected, and goes back to the original card only. One refund does not entitle you to a second.
What is not refunded
- A change of mind, or no longer wanting to be listed or to book through the directory.
- Few views, few messages, or no bookings during a paid period.
- A profile or photograph declined in review because it breaks the rules in the terms, or a profile removed for breaking them.
- Time a profile spent in review or waiting for corrected photographs.
- A renewal that was charged, including after earlier attempts failed.
- Thinking the plan was a single payment, although pricing, checkout, the confirmation email and the account page all show that it renews.
- Forgetting to cancel before the renewal date, or cancelling just after it.
- A feature that is not on the pricing page, or that works differently from what you expected.
- Choosing the wrong tier or billing term.
- Someone else using your login.
How to ask
Email support@maxgirls.com from the address on the account within 14 days of the charge, with the date, the amount and the exception you rely on. Late requests, requests from another address and requests sent any other way are not considered. They are handled in the order received, with no fixed reply time, and a declined request is not reopened.
Records and chargebacks
Opening an account means accepting the terms, this policy and the privacy policy. Checkout states the plan, price, billing term and automatic renewal before payment, and the confirmation email repeats them. For each subscription we keep the purchase time, the plan and price shown, the acceptance of the terms, the emails sent and the account activity log (sign-ins, profile edits, uploads, review decisions, contact requests) with the technical data recorded alongside. The payment operator holds its own record of each payment, including card country, payment origin and the result of bank authentication such as 3D Secure.
If a charge looks wrong, contact us first. A chargeback opened without doing so breaches the terms and ends with the account closed permanently, and the records above go to the card issuer.
Payments made earlier
A payment made before 14 October 2026 stays under the terms that applied when it was made.
