Verification

Adult model verification before anything publishes

A Maxgirls profile is not visible to anyone until a government photo ID has been checked against a liveness capture and confirmed to show a person 18 or over. This page explains what is checked, what is kept, what is never shown, and who can see what.

The check

Four steps, in this order, before anything publishes

  1. 01

    Document capture

A passport, driving licence or national identity card, photographed in the browser. The document has to be current and the photograph page legible.

  2. 02

    Liveness capture

A short guided capture that has to be performed live. It cannot be satisfied with an existing photograph, which is the specific failure mode a static selfie check has.

  3. 03

    Match and age

The document is checked for authenticity markers, the face on the liveness capture is matched to the face on the document, and the date of birth is read from the document rather than typed in by the applicant.

  4. 04

    Publication

Only once all three pass does the profile become visible and the verified badge appear, carrying the date of the check. A failed or incomplete check leaves the profile unpublished.

Why the order matters more than the check

Almost every platform that hosts adult work has an age policy. The difference is when it is enforced. If verification happens after a report, the platform is running on trust and cleaning up afterwards, and every producer who booked from it in the meantime was also running on trust. Putting the check before publication moves the decision off the producer entirely: by the time a profile is visible to you, the question has already been answered.

It also changes what your documentation is worth. A verification record dated before the shoot is a different artefact from an assurance collected afterwards, and it is the one a distributor or a payment processor is actually asking for. The record-keeping statement sets out what we retain and why.

What a booker can see

A booker sees a verified badge and the date of the check. That is the entire disclosure. The document image, the document number, the liveness capture and the date of birth are held in the verification record and are not exposed on the profile, in search, in a booking, or in an export. A model is not handing their passport to every producer who looks at their page, and a producer is not storing other people's identity documents on a laptop, which is its own liability.

What happens on a booking

Confirming a booking creates a record-keeping entry that references the verification by its identifier and its date. The booking therefore carries proof that a check happened, without carrying the contents of the check. That entry sits alongside the dated model release and usage licence the booking generates, which is what makes the set exportable as a chain rather than three unrelated files.

Re-verification

A verification is not permanent. It is refreshed when the document on file expires, when the profile has been dormant long enough that a fresh liveness match is warranted, and on request from the model. A badge always shows the date of the most recent successful check, so nobody has to guess how old the assurance is.

Limits, stated plainly

Identity verification reduces a category of risk. It does not eliminate it, and no honest provider claims otherwise. Documents can be forged well, and a determined fraud can defeat a remote check. What the process does is make the failure deliberate and documented rather than casual and undocumented, and it moves the record from a message thread to a system. If a check is later found to have been defeated, the record is what lets everyone see exactly what was relied on and when.

The compliance chain

Three records, one link between them

01

Verification record

Created before the profile publishes. Holds the document check, the liveness match and the confirmed date of birth. Referenced by identifier, never exposed.

02

Booking record

Created when both sides confirm. Holds dates, rate, usage, territory, term, exclusivity and the agreed boundaries.

03

Release and licence

Generated from the booking, dated, signed by both parties, copied to both accounts and exportable from the compliance vault.
