Hire talent
Adult model for hire, with the paperwork attached
Post the brief, shortlist models who have already cleared ID and age verification, agree the rate and the usage, and let the booking produce the release and the licence. No agent in the middle and no percentage off the top.
What hiring direct actually changes
Hiring an adult model through an agency buys you two things: a filtered list, and someone else carrying the administrative load. You pay for both in commission, typically a fifth of the shoot day, on every booking, forever. What you do not get is visibility. You cannot see how the age check was done, you rarely hold the verification record yourself, and the release you sign is the agency's paper on the agency's terms.
Booking direct removes the intermediary but usually removes the structure with it, which is why most direct hiring happens in direct messages and ends with a shoot that has no documentation attached. The point of this platform is to keep the structure and drop the commission: the filtering is done by verification before listing, and the administrative load is carried by the booking itself.
The four things a brief has to settle
Most briefs that get no useful applications are missing the same four facts. Say the shoot type in plain words rather than a genre label. Say the length and whether overtime is paid. Say the usage, because a portfolio shoot and a paid-social buyout are different jobs at different prices. And say what is in frame, so nobody is negotiating a boundary on the day.
The casting brief builder writes all four into a postable call in about ten seconds, and prints the rate band the multipliers produce so the number in the brief is one you can defend.
What ships with the booking
- A verification record confirming government ID and 18 or over, dated before the shoot
- A model release signed by both parties, tied to that specific booking
- A usage licence stating territory, term and exclusivity as agreed
- A record-keeping entry that links the booking to the verification
- Your own copy of all of it, exportable
What it costs to hire this way
There is no commission. A booker account is a flat monthly subscription: $49 for a single seat, $199 for a studio with five seats and unlimited casting calls, $499 for a production company with fifteen. On a single $2,000 shoot day, a twenty percent agency commission is $400. The pricing page lays the tiers out side by side.
