Reviewed by a person before it goes public. Your photos stay yours.
Why it works this way
Three things a notice board cannot do
You set the rate, not an agency
Your day-rate range and your usage terms sit on the profile before anyone contacts you, so the conversation starts at a number you chose. Nobody takes twenty percent of a booking you made yourself.
Rates and usage →Brands find you by what they need
Category, city, age, height and availability are structured fields, not sentences in a bio. A brand filters to the handful of people who fit and emails them. Not a wall of headshots.
How the search runs →Reviewed first, and 18+ is per photo
Nothing is public until a person has read it. A photo you mark 18+ is blurred in the file itself, not with a CSS trick a visitor can switch off, and the rest of your profile stays visible.
Trust and safety →Two sides, three steps each
If you are a model
-
Create the profile
Photos, categories, city, height, day-rate range and availability. Twenty minutes, once. Mark any photo 18+ as you upload it.
-
Submit it for review
A person reads it. Approved profiles go public; a rejection comes with a written reason you can fix and resubmit.
-
Get contacted directly
Brands who filtered to you email you. Maxgirls is not in the conversation and takes nothing from the booking.
If you are booking
-
Filter to the brief
Category, city, age, height, availability. The result is the people who fit, not everyone who applied.
-
Shortlist and compare
Rates and availability are on the card, so a shortlist is a shortlist rather than a round of discovery emails.
-
Email the model
No casting call to post, no applications to sift, no agency taking a cut of your budget.
The directory
Search models the way a booking is actually decided
Search the directory
The four fields that decide a booking, filtered at once. No casting call to post and no applications to read.
0 profiles Filtering
No profiles are published yet
The grid only ever shows profiles a person has read and approved, and it never pads itself with people who do not exist, so it is empty rather than filled with stock faces. Here is the shape of a card instead: the fields every profile publishes, and the nine categories they publish them under. Search and filtering work now, and the first approved profile appears here the moment it passes review.

Where a profile can list
A model can list in several at once, and a brand can filter on several at once.
Categories · 01 to 09
Nine categories, one directory
A model can list in several. A brand can filter on several at once. Every frame on this sheet is a page: what the category is booked for, and what belongs in a portfolio for it.
A notice board makes you post. This makes you searchable.
- Who does the searching
- A casting call website Nobody. The buyer posts a notice and waits for applications.
- Maxgirls The buyer searches. Filters run before anyone is contacted.
- Day rate
- A casting call website Stated in the notice by the buyer, if at all.
- Maxgirls Published by the model on the profile, before contact.
- Availability
- A casting call website Not a field. Established by messaging each applicant.
- Maxgirls A published state and one of the filters.
- Before publication
- A casting call website Commonly no review of talent profiles.
- Maxgirls Every profile is read by a person first.
Casting call websites compared with the Maxgirls directory, on the four points that decide the choice.

What a booker actually has to approve
Four questions decide whether a marketing team can use a directory at work: how long a shortlist takes, what it costs, whether the site is safe to open in an office, and who is accountable for the data. Here is our answer to each, with nothing claimed that we cannot show you.
- Time
- A filtered shortlist of the people who fit the brief, instead of reading four hundred applications from a notice board. It is a difference in workflow, not a measured saving we are claiming.
- Money
- No twenty percent commission on a direct booking. That is arithmetic on your own budget: on a $2,000 day, the commission a traditional agency charges is $400.
- Risk
- Every profile is read by a person before publication. Photos marked 18+ are blurred at file level, so the site is safe to open on a work laptop, and there is no age gate anyone has to click through.
- Control
- EXIF stripped from every uploaded file, and GDPR and RODO handling documented in the privacy policy. The Agency tier adds roles, seats, SSO and annual invoicing.
